About Rosa's Pizza

Meet the Rosas

The first Rosa’s Pizza was opened in Holly Springs, Georgia in 1984. Originally from Long Island, New York, Tony Rosa and his family were not only eager to have their own business but excited to share their love for authentic Italian food with the whole community.

After spending five great years in Holly Springs, an opportunity arose to move the business to the thriving city of Atlanta. The second Rosa’s Pizza still stands on Broad Street today and remains family-owned.

With the business booming, it wasn’t until 2007 that Tony Rosa and his son, Joe Rosa, decided to expand their horizons and open up their third location in Marietta, Georgia. In 2019, having added several additions to their family, the Rosas made the decision to spend more time focused on family and handed over the reins to their friends, the Agee family.

Throughout the years, our family’s goal has always been to provide the best New York style pizza to the community. We ensure this by using traditional sauce recipes that have been passed down for generations, kneading fresh dough daily, and only sourcing the finest ingredients. And to top it all off, we hand toss each pizza to create a crisp baked pizza pie.

We do our best every day to bring you that New York authentic taste that you have been missing to East Cobb. We truly appreciate not only our loyal customers but our new customers that make every day possible for us.
